Excellent CRM and Excellent Support

I am a long-time user of Contacts Journal for my iOS devices and was thrilled when they released a version for the Mac. I have been waiting for it for a long time. Like what other reviewers wrote, I used ACT at work on a Windows machine and really missed not having an equivalent app for my MacBook. CJ may not have all the bells and whistles of ACT but it is, by far, the best CRM I have found for an Apple machine. Recently, I ran into an issue where my iOS devices weren’t syncing with my Mac and it was throwing off my ability to update on any of my devices. I wrote Zaal and received a quick and detailed explanation of how to resolve the problem. It worked perfectly and I’m back in business. A great app with great support.
