Poor excuse for a CRM program

I bought this program, thinking that it would combine all of my contacts information in one place, but al it does is mimic. If I send an email, it has to be in this program, and it sends through Apple Mail. Otherwise, I have to drag an email that I sent into this program as a file. A real CRM program would search out the emails sent from another program, see who they went to and add tehm to that file. I have waisted my moeny on this. Please, don’t you do the same, until they make it what it should be.
